Output Accuracy and Stability: The output accuracy of the module remains stable over the entire operating temperature range (-40℃ – 70℃), and the temperature drift coefficient is less than ±50ppm/℃, which effectively reduces the output deviation due to temperature changes and ensures the accuracy of the control in the long term operation process.

Output driving capacity: For current output channel, the output driving capacity can reach 20mA (4-20mA signal), which can directly drive most of the industrial field actuators; For voltage output channel, the output impedance is low, such as 0-10V voltage output, the output impedance is less than 100Ω, which can provide stable voltage signals for loads to ensure the accuracy of the signal transmission process.

Response time: signal conversion and output response time is short, generally less than 1ms, can quickly respond to changes in control system commands to achieve real-time control of industrial processes, especially for dynamic control scenarios that require high response speed.
Communication protocols: It supports a variety of industrial communication protocols, such as Modbus RTU, Profibus DP, EtherCAT, etc., which can be seamlessly connected with different brands and types of PLCs and DCS control systems, and realise the efficient transmission of digital signals and the accurate delivery of control commands.

Communication interface: Equipped with standard communication interfaces, such as RS485 interface (for Modbus RTU communication), DP interface (for Profibus DP communication), Ethernet interface (for EtherCAT communication), etc. These interfaces are industrial-grade design, with good anti-jamming ability and communication stability, and support long-distance data transmission.

Wiring: detachable terminal block wiring, each channel corresponds to an independent terminal, clearly marked, convenient for installation, debugging and maintenance. The terminal block supports hot-swappable function, allowing safe replacement of modules during system operation, reducing downtime and improving the convenience of system maintenance.

Dimension and Installation: The module adopts a compact design with a width of only 25mm (standard DIN-rail mounting specification), which saves space in the control cabinet. Supporting 35mm DIN rail mounting, the installation process is simple and fast, and can be installed side by side with other industrial automation modules, which is convenient for system hardware expansion and layout.

Protection level: IP20, suitable for installation in indoor control cabinets, distribution boxes and other places with good protection environment, can prevent solid foreign objects with a diameter of more than 12mm from entering, and protect the module’s internal electronic components.
